Biography

Edith Stone-Jackson is a retired California State Licensed Teacher with over 35 years experience in education; holding additional licensure in New York, Nevada and Michigan ranging from high school chemistry to middle school social studies.  Additionally, experience as an educator abroad, in South America, allows all of the students to benefit from a bilingual atmosphere where instruction and interaction in English and Spanish is available.  As a past literacy coordinator, writing fellow and ESL instructor she is highly effective with children’s and adult's literacy.   As a student of the Canadian Royal Conservatory of Music and as a past  member of the Official Band of the City of Danville, her students will have access to quality music instruction.  Students are in good hands with a teacher with awards and accolades throughout her public school, government institution, and private school teaching career.
